What a World Cup it was for South Asia! Sri Lanka, Pakistan and India in the Semi-finals; 3 of the region teams and 2 hosts. It was no less exciting for the main sponsors, Pepsi. Their campaigns in the region were no less than impressive for the Cricket World Cup. Their continued support for the game and the players, combined with the passion they have shown for the game, was well appreciated throughout. Thirds of the way into 2011, and it has already been a very exciting year for us at Pyrspective.
